Returns and order issues

GoalStyle does not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind as a general store benefit. This does not limit any rights you may have under the laws that apply in your country.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, email us at orders@goalstyle.co with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item or package. We will review the issue and explain the options available under applicable law.

Please contact us before sending any item. Do not send products without receiving instructions. This policy does not exclude or reduce any mandatory rights you may have.
